NINJA 101Learn the fundamentals of movement through ANW inspired obstacles!
Classes focus on building a ninja skill set through instructor-led training, conditioning, and Open Gym practice. Expect to get stronger and gain confidence to take on any obstacle! Appropriate for all fitness levels, great for beginners |

During open gym the floor is set with a variety of obstacles for all levels to explore. Coaching is available for beginners and first timers. |
