Problem solving!
The top 3 male and female athletes in each division will qualify for WNL Regionals in the New England Region.Challenge courses are the newest ninja competition format! This is a twist on the Flow Course format. Athletes get multiple attempts throughout their course run to figure out spots where they have fallen. Athletes are allowed to retry two obstacles per Challenge Course. However, athletes may only retry a failed obstacle one time. The athlete must complete the failed obstacle on their subsequent attempt in order to progress through the course. Once the athlete has used up their 2 retries or fails a retry attempt, the run is over. |
Perfection is key!
Flow Courses are all about perfection! Athletes are judged by their ability to make it through obstacles in a given course and get from platform to platform without falling off the obstacle! Once an athlete fall off an obstacle that is it! In this format athletes are ranked by the number of obstacles they complete in secession. If multiple athletes are tied for the same number obstacles in succession the athlete who was to complete those obstacles faster will be ranked higher! |
Ninja vs. Ninja!
Head to head ninja competitions are incredibly exciting to watch and participate in. The competition atmosphere at these events is electrifying. The competition format uses a double elimination bracket to advance athletes and determine the winner of the competition. This exciting competition format scores athletes using either the Flow or a modified Challenge Course Format. |
