In a Private Obstacle Training session, a client will work one-on-one with a trainer to develop the strength and skill set necessary to complete obstacles.  

Each session will be broken down into three components:

• Structured Warm-Up and Movement Pattern Education
• Strength Development within Movement Pattern
• Movement Exploration incorporating obstacles

Work with your trainer and set a plan to develop all movement patterns, or focus your training in a specific area!
