DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM:
LEVEL I and LEVEL II
Ninjas learn the fundamentals of movement through ACTION's proven training methodology “S.T.E.A.P.”
Strength, Technique, Experience, Accountability, Positivity
Each week ninjas will explore different obstacles and movement patterns including swinging, climbing, balance, agility, and parkour.
Ninjas will gain confidence, get stronger, and learn to overcome obstacles while developing the building blocks of coordination, flexibility, strength, power, and agility.
