Summer Ninja/Fitness Program
A summer focused on overcoming obstacles through ninja, sports, fitness, games, and fun!
Experience different activities daily; including parkour, swinging, climbing, balance, agility and more!
Participate in group and individual challenges to build strength, coordination, and teamwork.
Inside and outside (weather permitting)!
*must be entering kindergarten in fall 2023 in order to participate
Athlete Strength Program
ACTION Athletes: Cross Sport Training Program
Join us this summer for fun developing not just ninja skills, but the foundations and coordination for all sports!
Cross sport training includes agility and coordination drills for football, baseball, basketball, tennis, soccer, spikeball, volleyball, and more!
This program is for all levels.
Get introduced to something new and become a faster, more balanced athlete!
BE READY FOR ACTION!
- SNEAKERS ARE REQUIRED (no barefeet, sandals, or crocs)
- Athletic Clothes
- Water bottles (filled)
- Light Snack (nut-free)
- Sunscreen (Wellesley only)
- Lunch (Norwood Summer Program only)
