Come in and explore obstacles!

During open gym the floor is set with a variety of obstacles for all levels to explore.

​Coaching is available for beginners and first timers.

Wednesdays 7:30 - 8:30pm

​Learn the fundamentals of movement through ANW inspired obstacles! 

Classes focus on building a ninja skill set through instructor-led training, conditioning, and Open Gym practice. Expect to get stronger and gain confidence to take on any obstacle!

Appropriate for all fitness levels,
great for beginners

​Courses will be designed with the intermediate/advanced ninjas in mind.  Other obstacles will be available for training and practice for all levels and abilities.

Participants should wear clean, dry sneakers and non-restricting athletic clothing. 
All participants must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. 
$25 or $200 with a 10 pack
