ACTION Boston: Strength & Conditioning
Join our small group sessions led by one of our nationally certified Personal Trainers to level up your training program! This session will be primarily strength training, while learning and improving various functional movement patterns. Each session will also include a conditioning component to help improve cardiovascular health and endurance. This class will be offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6:00am-7:00am and again from 7:00am-8:00am.
