CLASS POLICIES
BILLING
When you register for the our class program, you agree to be part of the automated billing cycles until the end of the school year (June 12, 2022).
- Your first session is billed at the time of registration, then each subsequent session will be automatically charged to your card on file on the Monday of the first week of the session.
- The Monday of the first week of each session is highlighted green on the calendar, except for 10/11 since Action Athletics is closed 10/11 for the Boston Marathon.
- If you are scheduled for class on a day that we are pre-emptively closed and it is listed on the posted calendar, you will be credited that class in your next billing cycle. If you choose to un-enroll for the next session, a make-up pass will be issued for you to use at a Friday “Drop In” Class or at an Open Gym. Pre-registration is required for both “Drop In” Classes and Open Gyms. Make-up passes expire 2 months from the date of issue.
- Please make sure credit cards are up to date on your account, as a failed payment attempt may incur additional charges or result in a cancellation of your registration.
Cancelled Classes & Make-ups
CANCELLED CLASSES/CLOSINGS
If Action Athletics closes and is unable to hold class (e.g., a snow emergency), you will be credited for that class in your next billing cycle. If you choose to un-enroll for the next session, a make-up pass will be issued for you to use at a Friday “Drop In” Class or at an Open Gym. Pre-registration is required for both “Drop In” Classes and Open Gyms (Preschoolers are welcome to attend the Saturday 10:00AM Open Gym). Make-up passes expire 2 months from the date of issue.
If Action Athletics has to close for an unforeseeable amount of time, all automated billings will be halted, and account credits will be issued for any classes that were prepaid and not held due to the closure. Account credits will not be issued for make-up passes.

Unenrollment OR CLASS CHANGE REQUEST
There are no cancellations permitted mid-session; all sessions are either a four or nine week commitment. If you would like to try a class before making a commitment, please register for our “Drop In Classes”!

4 WEEK RECREATIONAL PROGRAM
UN-ENROLL DEADLINES All requests must be received at least 14 days prior to the start of the next session to avoid being charged for the next session.
