Open Gym FAQ:
Q: Open Gym is now all ages. How is that going to work on the obstacle floor?
A: We understand that little bodies and big bodies move very differently. With that in mind, we are going to have certain areas of the gym set up exclusively for youth and adults so that everyone can train safely. The Coach present will also be able to direct participants to level/age appropriate obstacles.
Q: Why are Open Gyms only 55 minutes?
A: It is a new open gym experience! Instead of 50+ participants, you will be able to enjoy all the obstacles in a much more private setting which allows for more exploration and less wait time. More value + same cost.
Q: Why is enrollment only open four weeks ahead of time?
A: Since payment is required at the time of booking, we are not comfortable taken any money for a service for more than a month out.
Q: What is the difference between Open Gym and Private Obstacle time?
A: The biggest difference between Open Gym and Private Obstacle Time is that anyone can register for Open Gym whereas Private Obstacle Time allows the participants to control their "pod". We want to be sensitive to families who wanted to get back into the gym, but are not ready for the exposure of an Open Gym setting. Private Obstacle Time guarantees it is just you/your group in the gym.
Q: What if I want a Private Open Gym — can I book all 10 spots?
A: Yes! If you wanted to book all 10 spots, please email us for booking assistance. This allows you the flexibility of 10 (or fewer - you don't have to use all 10 spaces if you do not want to) participants in your own "pod". Want to celebrate a birthday? Plan a group outing? This is the option for you!
Q: I have unused Open Gym 10 Pack Passes and/or Open Gym Make-Up Passes on my account — can I use them to register for Open Gym?
A: Yes, you can! Your Open Gym visit(s) will automatically be deducted from either of those passes when you register. Please keep in mind that Open Gym 10 Pack Passes are shareable among family and friends, but Open Gym Make-Up Passes are non-transferable (even between siblings).
Q: Can I use my Winter II Refund Pass to register for Open Gym?
A: Yes, but please email us ahead of time so we can switch your pass over to an account credit for open gyms!
